Delicious, Traditional Bulgogi

The next time you visit our Korean restaurant in Bellevue, consider trying one of our popular bulgogi dishes. Bulgogi is marinated beef, chicken, or pork that has been grilled into to spicy, flavorful perfection. A term meaning “fire meat” in Korean, bulgogi’s roots can be traced as far back as 37 BC when beef was similarly grilled on skewers.

Although Korean restaurants give their bulgogi recipes a unique touch, most renditions of this entrée include a marinade of soy sauce, garlic, sugar, and sesame oil. Mushrooms, onions, green peppers, scallions and other additions are often grilled and mixed in with the meat.

Bulgogi was even featured in CNN’s 2011 World’s 50 Most Delicious Foods, so why not give it a try today at Seoul Hot Pot?
