Great service, clean, and The Best Pork Belly around! Love the fresh banchan and always worth the drive even as take out and eating in the car. Really appreciate the packaging and the gentleman who's always so nice and friendly.

Good food - Good price -Good service and great lunch menu. Taste better than some Korean restaurants around Bellevue. The service is excellent. Seoul Hot Pot people are very courteous and kept eyes on our drinks and made sure the side dishes are refilled. I highly recommend for lunch and dinner.

I really like Soeul Hot Pot. A hole in the wall place, nice waiter greets you, very courteous. The banchan here is very good, some unique ones I haven't had at other Korean restaurants. I had the kimchee stew today and it was very savory. Seriously tho, I think I come for the banchan and the relaxed homey vibes.
